We always make sure that the product to be delivered is cross-checked before sending. Perfection is our priority, and we serve our customers with a 30-day easy exchange or return on all products. Our entire team’s birthday and night create a trouble-free environment for our valuable customers. To easily exchange a return for a specific product, you must need to go through our return policy factors:
- Trail period: You have a trial period of 30 days in which you must exchange a return the product. Products after the trial period will not be entertained.
- Double-check the product: Ensure that the product is unwashed, unworn, and undamaged until the damage is from our side. We will send feedback about the product we receive after carefully inspecting the returned product.
- Damage note: In case of any dissimilarity or damage, you have to report it to us within 3 days. We will check the product thoroughly, but if we receive the complaint after 3 days of delivery, we will not resolve that issue.
- One same product only: The return or exchange policy is not granted for the same products of different sizes. This is only for the safety of our products because of the misuse of this favour. Because many people order different sizes of the same jacket, that creates troubles for us to exchange. We suggest you double-check your measurement before placing the order.
- Customized jackets: Custom-fit orders are non-refundable in any case
- Order cancellation: You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Because we dispatch our orders within 24 hours to make our delivery facility faster.
- Size issue: First of all, it is highly recommended to view our size chart before purchasing any product. You can talk to our online customer support team if you have any problems understanding the size chart.
Other than these rules, there are certain rules which must be followed in case of refunds and exchanges: Concerning exchange
- The product must be in its original packaging and transition receipt.
- Make sure to send us images with original tags in case of defect or damage in the product within 3 days.
- If you receive a different item compared to one that was ordered, simply send us an email with the attached images and original tags.
- Availability of products is very important for exchanges; please make sure that the item you are going to exchange is currently available on the website.
Refund policy To return a specific product, you must have to send an email with your queries, and we will process your refund if your refund matches the following requirements:
- Item must be present in its original form with complete tax and original packaging.
- If you miss tax or the product is used many times, your refund will not be entertained.
- You’re refundable protection will pass our inspection process, and we will notify you within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.
- If the product meets our return requirements, it will be returned or exchanged within 7 working days.
- No request will be processed in case of any violation of our return policy guidelines.
